Scott Knippelmeir

CO-CEO / CO-Founder

  • Agronomist, Crop Consultant, licensed PCA (Pest Control Advisor) & CCA (Certified Crop Advisor)
  • Pioneered in 2013 early hemp breeding-program research in >25:1 CBD:THC strains
  • Placed 6th in 2014 Emerald Cup and held organic outdoor THC record of 27.6% total THC
  • Planted one of Oregon’s first permitted industrial hemp projects: 10 acres in 2015
  • Developed leaf-tissue nutrition data standards based on research and direction from Dr. Daniel Robers who created petiole standards for wine grapes 35 years ago
  • Consulting on 15,000+ acres in 2019
  • 10 years experience as farm and vineyard management of Oak Knoll Farming Corp’s 14 properties for high-end wine production

Kyle Truesdell

CO-CEO / CO-Founder

  • 6 years of experience in organic farming and fresh food processing as a Sales Manager at Earthbound Farm
  • 7 years at Wilbur-Ellis Company, LLC holding the positions of National Specialty Crop Portfolio Manager, Retail Branch Manager & Pest Control Advisor
  • 14 Years of Agricultural Sales, Strategy and Management experience
  • Focused on the development strategy for entrance into the horticultural market
  • Specializes in business development and new market strategies
  • Licensed PCA, CCA and QAL since 2011

Doug Truesdell

Board Member

  • B.S. in Ag Business (minor in Crop Science) from Cal Poly SLO, 1973
  • Began professional career in 1974 with Moyer Chemical (Salinas Valley) focused on vegetable crop production
  • Joined Soilserve, Inc. in 1976, starting in sales and promoting to Branch / Sales Manager (Soledad, CA)
  • Promoted to Vice President of Southern Operations in 1989 and was responsible for activities in Southern Salinas Valley, Coachella Valley, Imperial Valley and Yuma (AZ).
  • Assumed the role of Area Manager for the desert region in 2002 when Soilserve was purchased by Wilbur-Ellis.
  • From 2006 until retirement in 2012, served as the Operations Manager for the Desert Region and Central Coast for Wilbur-Ellis
  • Held a PCA & QAL license for 40 years

Eric Overeem

Senior Agronomist

  • Entrepreneur and owner of an Agronomic Consulting business based in the Salinas Valley, CA
  • 30+ years of agricultural experience holding positions as a Pest Control Advisor, Fertilizer Formulator, and Agronomist
  • 25+ years of growing experience in the Hemp and Cannabis space
  • 8 years Farm Management experience at Golden State Bulb Growers
  • Agricultural Instructor at Hartnell Junior College in Salinas, CA
  • Licensed PCA (Pest Control Advisor) since 1987
  • Licensed CCA (Certified Crop Advisor) since 1989

Paul Coit

Vice President of Business Development

  • Paul began his professional career working for the family business, Tri County Leasing, as the Sales & Finance Manager helping farmers and dairymen procure equipment throughout the San Juaquin Valley from 1991-1996.
  • In 1998, Paul built Coit Co., which marketed Ag seed and nutritional products to growers in the Central Valley launching his entrepreneurial endeavors.
  • In 2004, Paul moved into the corporate space joining Helena Chemical where he managed their seed business for CA and AZ. During his tenure, he also served on Helena’s Regional Strategy Team for over a decade.
  • Paul joined Wilbur-Ellis in 2015 as the Regional Seed Manager for the Western Geo, covering 9 western states and served as a member of their National Strategy team for 5 years.
  • Over the course of his career, Paul has worked at a high level with all the major Seed and Agricultural Chemical Manufacturers across the country bringing to Agrarian Supply a wealth of institutional knowledge and prolific network to drive our growth.

Sheri Feinstein

Operations Manager

  • Graduated Cum Laude from Cal State Northridge with a BA in Leisure Studies and Recreation
  • Experience in accounting, property and business management, as well as agriculture
  • 10 years working with individuals with disabilities as a Recreational Therapist
  • 12+ years in agriculture industry beginning at Herrick Grapevines; assisted in creating a database to track the propagation and inventory of grapevines
  • 9+ years as Administrative Manager of Operations and Viticulture for Vino Farms, one for the largest vineyard management companies in the US

Matt Vosti


  • Born and Raised in the Salinas Valley, Matt has been involved in agriculture nearly all his life.
  • In 2001, Matt graduated from Cal Poly SLO with a degree in Soil Science. In 2001, he also acquired his California PCA license. He was accepted and began pursuing graduate studies after completing his B.S.
  • For the past two decades, Matt has worked as a Viticulturist in Monterey County and Napa Valley tending to many renowned vineyards during his career.
  • During that time, he has helped dozens of clients understand and implement organic farming plans across hundreds of acres.
  • In 2008, Matt started his own independent consultation business in Napa Valley.
  • Matt is a member of the California Rare Fruit Growers, where he enjoys applying his vast agronomic knowledge to the puzzles of growing exotic fruit and other difficult plants in his free time.

Kelly McNamee

Technical Representative

  • 10 years developing and managing Technical programs for large vineyard management organizations across California, Oregon, and Washington
  • During that same period, lead and managed viticultural data collection, tracking, and reporting functions
  • Designed and planted over 250 acres of high-end vineyards across Napa Valley over 5 years
  • Managed the regulatory compliance at State and Local levels for over 1,000 planted acres
  • Worked for 5 years as the Geospatial System Administrator and SME for the deployment of a multi-state / multi-agency public safety dispatch system
  • B.A in Geography with an emphasis in GIS / Physical Geography

Austin Duke

Grower Relations

  • B.A Environmental Studies from Sonoma State University
  • 10+ year working in commercial agriculture
  • 2 years of commercial cannabis cultivation experience
  • Experienced in setting up and evaluating trials
  • Researched & developed nursery residency times for multiple auto flower varieties
  • Scouted & evaluated over 2500 acres of hemp in 2019

Will McCurry

Operations Analyst

  • 6+ years in small business operations with varied experience in accounting, logistics, design, event planning, and IT
  • 4+ years of web development experience, proficiency with Python, PHP, JS, CSS, HTML5, and many current common libraries.
  • 5+ years of IT experience, including Windows and Linux server provisioning and management; computer, tablet and phone troubleshooting and repair; implementation of and employee training on productivity software
